To relocate the iTunes Folder on Windows, creating a symlink:

Move the Music/iTunes folder to the drive you want to

Run cmd as Administrator

Run:
mklink /j “c:\users\ramon\music\iTunes” “d:\iTunes”

And replace Ramon and D: to the onces of choice
