This installation guide describes how to install Linux Kernel 4.19 on Ubuntu Linux. This works with the latest version of Ubuntu Linux and most Ubuntu-based distributions including Kubuntu and Mint.
The included kernel files have been compiled using the generic Ubuntu configuration. A low latency version is also available in the directory of the linked files.

- Download the kernel headers package: linux-headers-4.19.0-041900_4.19.0-041900.201810221809_all.deb
- And the appropriate headers package for your system (choose yours)
- AMD64: linux-headers-4.19.0-041900-generic_4.19.0-041900.201810221809_amd64.deb
- i386: linux-headers-4.19.0-041900-generic_4.19.0-041900.201810221809_i386.deb
- ARMHF: linux-headers-4.19.0-041900-generic_4.19.0-041900.201810221809_armhf.deb
- ARM64: linux-headers-4.19.0-041900-generic_4.19.0-041900.201810221809_arm64.deb
- and the kernel image (choose yours)
- AMD64:
- And the kernel modules (choose yours)
- AMD64: linux-modules-4.19.0-041900-generic_4.19.0-041900.201810221809_amd64.deb

- Install the files in the same order as downloaded above.
- In the terminal run:
sudo update-grub
- Reboot and select the kernel from the bootloader menu
